Monetize Blog Needs at least 5 Working Attitudes as an essential element before starting to establish a blog to earn money. The five working attitude that must be owned by a blogger who will monetize his/her blogs are hard work, perseverance, tenacity, discipline and patience.

1. Hard working. I is the most important element in monetizing blog. In the first phase of monetize blog he/she has to establish blog with a good niche and domain name, strong and sturdy hosting, nice theme in term of SEO friendly theme, speed loading time, etc. Having establishing blog, he/she then starting to write articles. This activity not only needs creativity but also innovation, strong analytic in finding good keywords and how to apply SEO in writing process.

2.Perseverance. Perseverance is important in conducting monetize blog since this is a long term project.Writing article, promoting your blog, searching the best keywords, adds placement and other activities need perseverance.

3.Tenacity. Never give up is good working attitude. When you don’t earning money this month or next month you should not be complaining much less become angry. My experience is that I was starting getting money after three months I monetize my blog. 4. Disicipline. Monetize blog also need discipline in term of self discipline.

If they join a Google adsense, for example, they should follow the regulation, term of reference or whatever they named  issued by Google Adsense administration. Disobey of this regulation could impact their process of monetizing their blog.

5. Patience.  The aim of monetize blog is to earn money from a blog that has been establishing. The new bloggers in general are looking forward their blog  become the source of money soon. But it must be realized that a blog can already start making money when the traffic is good and the age of blogs well enough . Therefore a blog should be patient and continue to work to update her blog so that increasing the number of articles, useful and engaging readers.
